Thanksgiving is my most favorite holiday and this year did not disappoint. It was simple and perfect making memories with best friends and of course family.
As I wrote before the past few weeks were kind of funky for me but things turned around Wednesday in the best way. I went back to one of my favorite workouts, Burncycle, after realizing that I had put it on the back burner for the past couple weeks. My favorite instructor, and friend, Jessi was teaching and she kicked me back into shape- mentally. She always puts things into perspective and I realized how reliant I am on her classes, her coaching and her mindfulness. The list below has been floating around instagram and I pass it along to you in the hopes that it inspires you too. That you wake up this weekend and turn your feelings into action. Know that you can make a difference in the lives of those who at this moment are also aching. Make an action, big or small, so that our collected feelings become a unified movement of positivity, love, acceptance and forward momentum.
Today more than ever support the under represented people in our communities. People of color, LGBTQ, women, mother earth, all minorities.
Yesterday we made the hard decision to cancel the purchase of the ‘dream house’ and last night decided terminate the sale of our current home. I cannot believe it has been three months of being up in the air on figuring this piece of our life out. But it is a relief to finally have an outcome and some closure. The story with the ‘dream house’ is Continue reading “life today”
